Refund policy

**Order Cancellation**
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at info@theraglam.com or calling +916351810136. If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible, and you will need to follow our return policy.

**Returns and Refunds**
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 7 days of receiving the product. To initiate a return, contact us at info@theraglam.com. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

**Non-Returnable Items**
We do not accept returns for opened or used items, or customized products.

**Refund Process**
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within **5-7 working days**.

**Exchanges**
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us for assistance.
